Frequently asked questions
Which option should I choose?
Two decisions. First, plug-in or rechargeable: pick plug-in if it's staying in one place, rechargeable if you want to move it between rooms. Second, how many oils: none if you already have your own, or a bundle of one, three or seven bottles to start with.
Does it turn itself off?
No. There's no timer function, so it runs until you switch it off. If you want something that shuts down on a schedule, this isn't it.
Which oils come with the bundles?
The single-bottle options include cherry blossom, lavender or rose depending on which you select. The three and seven bottle sets include a mixed selection.
Can I use my own essential oils?
Yes. Use water-soluble oils or oils made for ultrasonic diffusers, a few drops at a time. Thick or greasy oils leave residue on the ultrasonic plate.
Do I need to buy a charger separately?
No. The adapter and cable are both included in every option.
What water should I use?
Clean tap water. In hard water areas, filtered or distilled water reduces the white mineral dust that can settle on nearby surfaces.
Is this an air purifier?
No. It adds scent and moisture to the air. It has no filter and does not remove dust, allergens or pollutants.
