Frequently asked questions
How long does the battery last?
It has a 4000mAh battery, the largest we stock. Runtime depends heavily on which of the six speeds you use, with the lowest running several times longer than the highest. On low settings it comfortably covers a day out.
Why six speeds instead of three?
More range at the bottom end. On a three-speed fan the lowest setting is often still too strong for indoor use. Six gives you a genuine background breeze as well as full power.
Can I wear it round my neck?
Yes. It folds so it hangs from your neck, which is the point when you're carrying shopping, pushing a pram or working outside.
Is it quiet?
The brushless motor is quieter than the brushed motors in most handheld fans, and the lower speeds are noticeably quieter than the higher ones. As with any fan, the top setting is audible.
What can I charge it from?
Any USB power source. A laptop, power bank, phone charger or wall adapter all work.
Will it cool a room?
No. It's a personal fan, held or worn close to you. A room needs a full-size fan.
