Will it fragrance an entire room?
It works best at close range: on a desk, bedside table or in a small bathroom. At 2 W, it will not spread fragrance throughout a large living room, and we prefer to make that clear now rather than disappoint you when it arrives.
How does the timer work?
You can set it from 2 to 8 hours, and the device switches off at the end. Two hours works well for an evening, while eight covers a full night's sleep.
Which oils can I use?
Water soluble essential oils or oils designed for ultrasonic diffusers, a few drops at a time. Thick or oily formulas can leave residue on the ultrasonic plate over time.
What can I plug it into?
Any USB power source: a laptop, power bank, phone charger or USB mains adapter.
Is it quiet enough to sleep beside?
It operates below 36 dB, comparable to a quiet library. Most people can sleep nearby without difficulty.
What water should I use?
Clean tap water. In hard water areas, filtered or demineralised water reduces white dust deposits on nearby surfaces.
Is it an air purifier?
No. It adds fragrance and moisture to the air. It contains no filter and does not remove dust, allergens or pollutants.
