Your Car, With the Fragrance You Choose.
Gym bags, takeaway meals, wet coats, long journeys: a car picks up odours and holds onto them. Conventional air fresheners simply mask them. This diffuser plugs into the 12V socket and releases a fine mist carrying the fragrance of your choice. Your car interior genuinely smells pleasant, instead of smelling like a pine tree layered over something else.
What you'll appreciate
- Your fragrance, your choice. Just two or three drops of water soluble essential oil in the reservoir are enough. Lavender for the drive home in the evening, citrus in the morning: you decide, not the manufacturer.
- Less dry air on the road. Heating and air conditioning dry out the car interior very quickly. Continuous mist output of 25 ml per hour makes long journeys more comfortable.
- No battery, no recharging. It plugs directly into your car's 12V socket and works. Nothing to recharge, nothing to remember.
- Direct the mist where you want it. The head rotates through 180°, so you can direct the mist into the cabin or away from the windscreen.
- Switch it on and forget about it. Automatic shut-off after two hours and cut-off when the water runs low: it will never run dry.
- Discreet enough to stay in the car. 164 mm tall, 155 g. It sits in the socket without getting in the way.
How to use it
- Fill the 50 ml reservoir with tap water.
- Add 2 to 3 drops of water soluble essential oil if you would like a fragrance.
- Start the engine, plug it into the 12V socket and press the button.

Frequently asked questions
Is it compatible with my car?
It requires a standard 12V socket, the type originally designed for a cigarette lighter. The vast majority of cars have one. Some newer models, from around 2019 onwards, only provide USB-C ports: in that case, this diffuser will not work.
Does the engine need to be running?
Yes. Use it with the engine running. Leaving it plugged in with the engine switched off may drain the battery, and switching on the ignition while it is plugged in may cause a power surge in the device.
Can I use any essential oil?
Only water soluble oils, 2 to 3 drops at a time. Thick or oily formulas can clog the sponge wick and prevent mist production. A replacement wick is included in the package.
How long does one fill last?
The 50 ml reservoir releases approximately 25 ml per hour, providing close to two hours of continuous use, which matches the automatic shut-off timer.
Is it noisy?
It works through ultrasonic vibration, without a fan. You will hear it when the car is stationary, but not over road noise.
Could it leak while driving?
The reservoir remains leakproof as long as the device stays upright in the socket. Empty it before removing it from the car or laying it on its side.
Is it an air purifier?
No. It is a mist diffuser and humidifier. It contains no filter and does not remove particles from the air. We prefer to make that clear now rather than after your order arrives.
