How do I connect my phone?
Switch on the device and pair it through your phone's Bluetooth settings, just like any other speaker. Once paired, it reconnects automatically.
Can I use the diffuser without music?
Yes. The mist, light and speaker work independently: you can use any combination of them.
Does it switch off automatically?
No timer or low-water shut-off is specified for this model. If either feature matters to you, several of our other diffusers offer both.
Does it need to be plugged in?
Yes. It runs from the mains rather than a battery: it stays wherever you plug it in.
Is it quiet enough to sleep beside?
The diffuser operates at 36 dB or less, comparable to a quiet library, once the audio is switched off.
Which oils can I use?
Water soluble essential oils or oils designed for ultrasonic diffusers, a few drops at a time. Thick or oily formulas can leave residue on the ultrasonic plate.
Is it an air purifier?
No. It adds fragrance and moisture to the air. It contains no filter and does not remove dust, allergens or pollutants.
