Almost every portable diffuser in this size is moulded plastic that feels like what it cost. This one has an aluminium alloy body at 230g, which is the difference between something you leave on a desk and something you're happy to have on it.

Frequently asked questions
Does it need to stay plugged in?
No. It charges over USB in around 2.5 hours and then runs cordless for 2 to 4 hours, so it works in a car or anywhere without a socket nearby.
What's the difference between the two modes?
Motion activation starts the mist when it detects movement nearby, so it isn't running when nobody's there. Continuous mode runs on a four hour cycle regardless.
How long does one tank last?
The 150ml tank outlasts the battery, so in practice the charge is the limit at 2 to 4 hours depending on mode.
Is the body really aluminium?
Yes, aluminium alloy with ABS and PC components. That's the main reason to choose it over a cheaper plastic unit.
Will it leak in the car?
Keep it upright and it stays sealed in normal use. Empty the tank before laying it on its side or carrying it loose in a bag.
What kind of oils can I use?
Water-soluble essential oils or oils made for ultrasonic diffusers, a few drops at a time. Thick or greasy oils leave residue on the ultrasonic plate.
Is this an air purifier?
No. It adds scent and moisture to the air. It has no filter and does not remove dust, allergens or pollutants.
